In an effort to better serve our students, our billing policies for individual subscriptions are as follows:
Pay As You Go tutoring costs $19/hour, or $0.32/minute. Only time spent in tutoring sessions is counted; wait time and other time spent onsite is never charged.
Pay As You Go tutoring is billed monthly. These monthly tutoring charges will be reported via email at the beginning of each following month, and students will have 3 business days to reply before being charged. We request that clients pay with credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Pay As You Go subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting us at 877-889-5996 (available 10am-6pm Eastern, Monday-Friday) or care@thinkingstorm.com.
Tutoring is available daily from 10am-4am Eastern for most on-demand subjects (e.g. Math, Statistics, Science, and more). The Writing Center is available for submissions 24/7. Appointment-based tutoring subjects (e.g. Business, Advanced Statistics, Nursing, and more) follow different hours.
